Stephanie has been a great friend to GST. Her support, advice and friendship have been irreplaceable! She has kindly donated 2 practice rings to GST that have been our main tools for developing young hammer/discus throwers. She is also teaching classes on nutrition/sports psychology and athletic time management along with discus coaching.
